In the fourth quarter of 2023, Mountainview Nursing Home stood out as the second largest nursing home in Spartanburg County, tied with one other nursing home, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). It shared its ranking with White Oak at North Grove, Inc..

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 132 beds available, 50 more than the average in Spartanburg County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 102.6 residents during that period.

Mountainview Nursing Home had an overall rating of 3 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 2.8 recorded for nursing homes in South Carolina.

During the quarter, Magnolia Manor - Inman stood out as the largest nursing home in Spartanburg County, with 176 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Mountainview Nursing Home has spent a total of $8,037 in one fine and suffered one penalty.

In total, there were two non-profit nursing homes in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
